Anyone can get you a visa. We plan the whole move and get you landed.
I help you pick the right country and visa, get your paperwork in the right order, work out what the move really costs, and plan your first month there.
The first call is free. You’ll get a straight answer on whether there’s a route that fits.

How it works
-
Free 15-minute call
Tell me what’s pushing you to look at this, who’s coming, and when. I’ll tell you honestly whether there’s a route that works. If there isn’t, you’ll hear it before you spend anything.
-
Roadmap session, $349
We spend 60 to 90 minutes on your situation. Within five business days you get a written plan that’s yours to keep, whether or not you work with me again.
-
Help through the whole move
Opening in January. I take two clients at a time and walk them from the first document to their first week in the new country.
What’s in your Roadmap
Want more help along the way? Three sessions are $900: the Roadmap, a review of your documents before you submit, and a check-in a few weeks before you fly. Already have a plan? A Roadmap session works as a second opinion.
- The country and visa route I’d recommend, plus the two runners-up and why each lost
- Your income checked against the actual requirement
- A month-by-month timeline, counted back from your arrival date
- Your document checklist in the right order, so nothing expires before your appointment
- The full budget, not just the visa fee
- The tax and banking questions your move raises, and who to take them to
- A first look at your first month, built around how you spend your week
- The ways your route most often goes wrong, and the early signs
Hi, I’m Brian
I walk people through hard transitions because I’ve been walked through my own.
Three years of traveling taught me that community matters more than location. People who move somewhere beautiful and know nobody tend to come home. So I plan the whole move, including the part after you land.
I’m based in Austin, Texas, and I meet with clients by video wherever they are. I’m not a lawyer or a tax advisor. When your move needs one, I’ll tell you when, why, and what to ask.
Book a call with meQuestions people ask
Who is this for?
Mostly people retiring abroad, families moving with kids, and people who work remotely. If you’re seriously thinking about a move in the next year or two, the free call will tell you whether I can help.
Do you handle the legal side?
No, I’m not a lawyer. You file your own application, and if your situation needs an immigration lawyer, I’ll tell you and help you know what to ask. My job is making sure you pick the right route and show up with the right documents.
What about US taxes?
Americans keep filing US taxes after they move, and some countries will tax you too. I don’t give tax advice. Your Roadmap flags the questions your move raises so you can take them to a licensed cross-border tax advisor.
What if there’s no route for me?
Then I’ll tell you on the free call, before you spend anything, along with what would need to change.
Can’t I just research this myself?
You can, and some people should. The Roadmap is for people who want to skip the expensive mistakes: documents that expire before the appointment, a budget that misses half the costs, or a route they don’t actually qualify for.
Is everything online?
Yes. Calls are by video, and your Roadmap is a document you keep.
